Round Room Ceiling

When you enter the Round Room and look up to the spectacular star enchanted ceiling – a gift of Fiber Optic lighting, you will quickly realise that the sky is your limit for how spectacular your event can be when you choose the Round Room. Conference venues in Dublin like this are rare and none have the character or indeed the history to match the Round Room.

We have the technical equipment & support to bring your event to life. Our Production management team will guide you on technical aspects, if required, to ensure that your event is everything you imagined and more. Furthermore your dedicated event planner will make ideas a reality and ensure the seamless execution of your dream event.

 

Dedicated Event Planner

Included in your day delegate package or rental package is a dedicated event planner. We offer a full onsite event management service by our qualified event managers who will assist you with event with every detail of your event from invitations, decor and theming to entertainment, guest speakers and much more, depending on your requirements.

 

Access

At the mansion house we are equipped to cater for intense productions, we have a dedicated vehicle access point for commercial vehicles to offload with ease.

 

Lighting

Our lighting designer, Bernard Griffin can provide tailored lighting productions which give your event the wow factor. Bernard has years of experience in lighting productions and will ensure that your event is like no other. A full lighting package is included in your basic package, upgrades are available where necessary.

 

Power Supply

They Round Room is fully equipped with 13amp sockets up to a maximum load of 32 amp sockets. We can also cater for higher ampage if you require a particularly large power supply.

 

Projection, PA  System & Podium

A PA system for background music and speeches is included in your package rental. A 12 X 9ft Screen is also included for The Round Room. Telephone lines, Wi-Fi and podium are also available for a small fee. Any additional requirements can be organised by your dedicated event manager.

 

Rigging

Our rigging is completely customizable; from special effect lighting to trapeze artists our riggers can make your imaginative ideas a reality.

 

Seating

All of our event spaces are completely customizable to your needs. With a range of different sizes and types of rooms on offer, our rooms are ideal for those in search of meeting venues or meeting rooms in Dublin. Different layouts can hold varied audience sizes, below is a guideline:

Sound

Unique technical AV & sound engineering allows you to optimize the benefits of modern day technology but with minimum fuss. From Audio to visual we can deliver the ultimate in best product lines & technical ability. Our suppliers Cavs have years of experience in delivering state of the art productions, renowned for their client pacific productions. Cavs work with you and your dedicated event planner to ensure the perfect event.

 

Staging and Setting

A wide range of stages are available for your event, a 3 X 6m black skirted stage is included in your basic package for the Round Room, but this can be upgraded and customized to your requirements if needed.

 

Staffing

All Round Room packages include two security personnel for the duration of your event, cloak room personnel, waiters and bar staff and your dedicated event planner. A technical production manager is also available when required.

 

Video & Data

We have complete video and data capability; this equipment can be seamlessly integrated together to enhance your presentation and communication capabilities.

 

Catering

We are partners with Ireland’s finest catering company, With Taste. From three course dinners to buffets or finger food with taste will ensure that your guests are satisfied. Fire Restaurant and Lounge, one of Dublin’s top restaurants, it is located in the same building as The Conference and Events Venue. If you decide to have a non catered function, your guests will be spoiled with choice from our delicious range of menus. Depending on your event requirements, you can select between Fire or With Taste for catering.

 

Access for people with Disabilities

The venue has complete wheel chair access and is equipped with disabled toilets and facilities.

 

Dimensions & Floor Plans

Please note that our supplies are industry experts and have executed hundreds of events in the Conference and Events Venue at The Mansion House. They are preferred suppliers because they deliver, are trustworthy and extremely capable.

If you wish to use alternative supplier please discuss this with your Event Manager. This may be possible with the exception of catering whereby it is a requirement that you use With Taste. With Taste are our partners and hold exclusive catering rights to the Venue.
