The Round Room takes pride in offering the highest quality Audio Visual production ensuring excellence at every level of operation. Our partners CAVS, are the most experienced team in the business and have produced some of the highest caliber of events and concerts in the world .

Our state-of-the-art In-house audiovisual equipment is included in your Round Room Experience and our events team will work with you to deliver creative solutions using innovative and imaginative methods ensuring the organisation of your event is easy but the impact is powerful.

The Round Room Experience package includes the following Audio visual as standard:

• 20×11 ft curved screen which was especially designed in Vienna and beautifully compliments the unique shape of the Round Room venue.
• Christie 8k Projector
• 3 X 6m black-skirted stage is included in your basic package for the Round Room, but this can be upgraded and customized to your requirements if needed.
• Podium with Microphone and Roving Microphone as standard
• Surround Sound PA to create a 360 Audio Experience
• We have complete video and data capability; this equipment can be seamlessly integrated together to enhance your presentation and communication capabilities.
